Prevention delivered by post.
A box, a headset, two sensors, a tablet. The employee takes their assessment alone, where nobody comes out to them.

What you get out of it.
Small organisations, covered at last
A salon, a practice, a shop: nobody sends a prevention officer there for three employees. The box goes by post.

No connection, no installation
The physician prescribes by QR code. The employee takes the tests alone, guided by the tablet. A second code brings the results back.

A real assessment, not a questionnaire
Hearing, mobility, strength: measurements taken with sensors, not ticked boxes. The physician reads figures, and compares them year on year.

Five objects, nothing to plug in.
By post, the way it came.
Nothing to keep, nothing to maintain. The next organisation receives it the week after.
From the prescription to the dashboard.
The physician prescribes
They build the battery from their dashboard and generate a QR code.
The box arrives
By post, at the organisation or at the employee's home.
The employee takes the tests
They scan the code, the tablet guides them. No network needed.
The results come back
A second QR code carries them to the physician, or they synchronise as soon as there is a network.
What it asks of you.
Frequently asked questions.
Another question? Write to us.
What is in the box?
An audiometric headset, a motion sensor, a force sensor, a tablet and a three-page guide.
Can the employee get it wrong?
The tablet guides every test, instruction and demonstration, and only moves on once the test is finished.
How long does an assessment take?
About twenty minutes for a full battery. Less if the physician prescribed only part of it.
What happens without a network?
Nothing changes: everything happens on the tablet. The results come out as a QR code, or synchronise as soon as there is a network.
Who interprets the results?
The health professional. Check'Up produces measurements comparable from one time to the next, not a diagnosis.
Where is the data hosted?
In France, with a provider certified for health data (HDS).
Does the employer see individual results?
No. The employee and the occupational health service see the results. The employer receives only aggregated trends.
Get a box to try.
We deliver it, three of your employees try it, and we talk.
