Your machines, driven. Your members, guided.
One TV, and the treadmills and bikes you already own. The member picks a session, and the machine sets its own speed, incline and resistance.

Treadmill, exercise bike and cross trainer, from the long run to short intervals.
Endurance, cardio, mobility, strength.
The Bluetooth FTMS standard talks to the equipment you already have.
What you get out of it.
Cardio stops being dead time
Your members step onto a treadmill with no plan and step off ten minutes later. The screen gives them a session built block by block.
The machine follows the session, not the other way round
Bluetooth FTMS, the fitness standard: the app reads speed, incline, cadence and power, and sets the machine at every block. Nothing to buy again.

Every session counts for the member
They show the QR code from their Recov'Up app, and the session joins the gym leaderboard. Without an account, they train all the same.

What the member has in front of them.
The exercise video
Full width, with the block under way and the one coming next.
The timer
A progress ring, and an audio countdown three seconds before every change.
The machine readings
Speed, incline, cadence, resistance, power, and heart rate when the machine sends it.
The music
Six playlists, changed from the phone without leaving the session.
The remote
Pause, next exercise, intensity, music: the coach or the member drives it all from their phone.
The gym leaderboard
This week, this month, all time.
The session, and the game.
What it asks of you.

Which machines are compatible?
Treadmills, exercise bikes and cross trainers with Bluetooth FTMS, the industry standard. We check your equipment before installing.
What if a machine refuses to be driven?
The session runs exactly the same: the screen shows the instructions and the readings, and the member sets the machine themselves.
Does a member need an account to train?
No. The app QR code is there to find sessions again and to enter the leaderboard. Without it, you train all the same.
What do the other members see?
Nothing by default. A session stays private, and reaches the gym feed only if the person who did it asks for that.
How many screens per gym?
As many as you want. Each screen gets its own code and joins the same gym, with the same leaderboard.
Where are the sessions stored?
In France, with a provider certified for health data (HDS).
Come and see a treadmill follow the session.
