Description of the service

Recov'Up offers prevention, wellbeing and support applications: exercises, content, tracking, journal, questionnaires, challenges and community features depending on the application. The service is provided as is and may evolve.

Non-medical nature of the service

The Recov'Up applications are wellbeing and prevention tools. They are not a medical device, provide neither diagnosis nor treatment, and do not replace the advice of a health professional. The questionnaires offered (for example PHQ-9, GAD-7) are screening and monitoring tools, not diagnostic instruments.

If you are experiencing significant distress, consult a health professional. In a life-threatening emergency in France, call 15 (SAMU) or 112. In case of suicidal thoughts or psychological distress, call 3114, the French national suicide prevention helpline, free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

User account

You undertake to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential and to report any unauthorised use. The account is strictly personal; you are responsible for the activities carried out from your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription, purchased and billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically; management and cancellation are done from your App Store or Google Play account. Any free trial converts into a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled before. Refunds are subject to the platform's conditions. A company code provided by your employer or your occupational health service may unlock the content without an individual subscription.

Content you publish

You remain responsible for the content you enter or publish. Your journal and wellbeing data are private. In community spaces, you undertake not to publish content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful or infringes the rights of others. We may moderate, hide or remove any content contrary to these terms. You grant SKEEWAI a non-exclusive licence to display this content as part of the service.

Prohibited uses

The following in particular are prohibited: unauthorised access to the service or to other people's data, disrupting the operation of the service, using unauthorised automated means, impersonation, and circumventing security or billing mechanisms.

Liability

We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, SKEEWAI shall not be liable for indirect damages, nor for the use you make of the wellbeing information provided.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the application. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these terms, in compliance with the law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator [details to be completed]. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
