Company challenge

The challenge that brings in those who never move.

Step challenges reward the people who already walked. Here a back session, a breathing exercise or a QR code scanned in the corridor count for the team just as much as steps.

Steps read by the phone, no watch A run or a ride with the route on a map A session in a Recov'Up app A scanned QR tag a QR code on your premises A declared action stairs, water, gratitude The team everyone counts
28 ready-made challenges

A back week, a sleep week, stairs, hydration, walking. You pick the date, the rest is ready.

5 ways of scoring points

Steps, a run or a ride, a session in an app, a QR tag scanned on your premises, a declared action.

The employee installs the app and enters your company code. No list, no staff directory, no integration.

What you get out of it.

01

Participation that no poster campaign gets

A team challenge brings in the people who never sign up for anything. Nobody is exposed on their own: everyone counts for their team, and the nudges go to those falling behind, not to those already out in front.

Teams that talk to each other

Departments, sites and trades mixed together. A team feed, a conversation, a podium published at the close. A month of talking about something other than work.

Results you can show

How many took part, by site and by team, and for how long. Aggregated, in your dashboard: enough to document your prevention work.

The account opened for the challenge and your company code also open TMS, Sommeil and Santé Mentale. The challenge is the first appointment, not the last.

What counts for the team

Not just steps.

A step challenge gets the company's runners going and leaves the others on the sidelines. Here there are five ways of scoring points for a team, and whoever does not run has one of their own.

Steps

Read from Apple Health or Health Connect, synchronised in the background. The phone is enough, no watch needed.

A run or a ride

The route appears on a map, shared in the feed if the employee wants that.

A session

A back exercise in TMS, a breathing exercise in Santé Mentale: the session counts towards the challenge.

A scanned QR tag

A QR code on the stairwell door or in the break room. Once it is scanned, it counts.

A declared action

Stairs, glasses of water, gratitude: the declared challenges, for those with no interest in sport.

The timeline

How it runs in your company.

  1. D-30

    We set the challenge

The date, the length, two to four weeks, the teams, the collective target. You receive the launch kit: posters, emails, an intranet visual.

  2. D-7

    Employees join

They install the app, enter your company code and join their team. No file to send us.

  3. Day 0

    The launch

An event, on site or remote. The challenge starts for everyone at the same time.

  4. Weeks 1 to 4

    The challenge runs itself

Team feed, leaderboard, nudges to those falling behind. Steps synchronise in the background. There is nothing for you to run.

  5. D+30

    The close

The podium published, the results in your dashboard, and what comes next offered to each person.

One challenge every six months. Prevention in between.

The account stays, the apps open with the same code, and the next challenge brings back the people who had dropped off. Prevention stops being an annual campaign.

Frequently asked questions.

Another question? Write to us.

Another app to install?

Just one for the whole of Recov'Up: the account and your company code also open TMS, Sommeil and Santé Mentale. The employee installs it in two minutes, and you have nothing to send us.

What about employees with no connected watch?

The phone counts the steps. And steps are only one way of scoring: a session, a scanned QR tag or a declared action count as well.

What about cheating?

Steps are read from Apple Health or Health Connect, never typed in by hand, with a plausible daily cap. And what is at stake stays collective: the win belongs to the team.

Does HR have to be involved during the challenge?

No. The nudges, the feed and the leaderboard run on their own. You pick the date, you launch, you read the results.

Where does the data go?

To France, with a provider certified for health data (HDS). The employer sees totals by team and by site, never an individual line.

Why does the app access physical activity and location?

Activity, to read the steps with the employee's permission, which can be revoked at any time. Location, only during an activity they record themselves.

Launch the first challenge. The rest follows.
