Your premises start suggesting exercises.
A sticker on the lift door, another in the break room. Employees scan it, or tap their phone on it, and do two minutes of exercise right where they are.

Scan the QR code, or tap the phone on the NFC chip. Nothing else to install.
A guided video, chosen for the place: a stretch in the stairwell, mobility at the coffee machine.
The stickers work on their own, all day, with nobody chasing anyone.
What you get out of it.
Prevention where nobody is looking for it
An employee who will never open a fitness app walks past the sticker on the way to a coffee. They try it once, because it is there and it takes two minutes.

A trail through your premises
Several tags in order, from the lobby to the top floor. Each step starts a different exercise, and the video changes every day: the morning walk never looks the same.

It counts for the team
Every tag completed earns points, and a finished trail counts towards the current Challenge. The sticker in the corridor helps the team win.

From sticker to exercise.
The stickers go up
Stairs, lift, break room, workstation. You choose the spots, we supply the stickers.
The employee scans
QR code or NFC chip: the Recov'Up app opens straight onto that tag's exercise.
Two minutes of exercise
A guided video, picked for the place. They confirm, and their points are credited.
You know what gets used
We report scans per tag and per day at every review. Anonymous.
The spots that work.

The lift
"Rather take the stairs? Or do an exercise on the way up?" The sticker asks, the employee chooses.
The stairs
One tag per flight. Going up becomes a trail.
The break room
Shoulder mobility while the coffee brews.
The workstation
A neck stretch, without leaving the chair.

Do you need a recent phone for the NFC chip?
Any phone sold in the last few years reads an NFC chip when tapped on it. Otherwise the QR code does the same with the camera.
Is the app required?
Yes: it plays the exercise and counts the points. Employees install it once, with your company code.
Are the exercises always the same?
No. Each tag draws from a selection of exercises and offers a different one every day.
What do you see?
Scans per tag and per day, reported at every quarterly review. Never who scanned.
Can the stickers be customised?
Yes: your colours, your logo, your locations. The QR code and the chip stay ours.
Does it work in a gym too?
Yes. Tags work anywhere people walk by, and the connected gym counts them as well.
